1. General

These Terms govern all wedding photography services by Jagdish Studio.
Booking with us means acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• Confirmed only with advance payment.
• Remaining balance due as per agreement.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

• Jagdish Studio owns copyright to all photographs/videos.
• Clients may use images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial use requires prior written approval.
• Promotional Use: Client photos will be used for Jagdish Studio’s marketing only with the client’s prior consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide cooperation and punctuality.
• Secure necessary permissions (venue, drones, etc.).

5. Liability

• Not responsible for uncontrollable events (weather, technical faults).
• Maximum liability limited to service fees paid.

6. Editing & Delivery

• Standard editing included.
• Delivery timelines:
  • Previews → 7–10 days
  • Final photos → 30 days
  • Albums/videos → 45–60 days (after selections)

7. Dispute Resolution

• Legal jurisdiction: Delhi, India.
