Effective Date: August 22, 2025

1. Booking & Payment

• An advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The advance is non-refundable, except when Jagdish Studio cannot deliver services.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Client cancellations:
  • 30+ days before event → 50% refund (excluding advance)
  • Less than 30 days → no refund
• Company cancellations: Full refund, including advance, will be issued.

3. Postponement

• Subject to availability, with at least 15 days’ notice.
• Changes in date/venue may incur extra charges.

4. Digital Deliverables

• Delivered photos/videos are non-refundable.
• If there is a technical issue on our side, corrections or partial refunds may be offered.
